  2. I remember seeing this book several years ago. I have yet to look through it. It sounds like a lovely reminder to refresh our spirits! I go to the garden when I'm at home--it works every time!

  3. Lisa,
I couldn't agree more. When my children were younger I tried to put 30 minutes aside each day for myself. Now that they are older, I can enjoy a little more time. I have my own room for crafting and a reading nook in our master bedroom just for me! Honestly, I think a little time alone makes me a much more enjoyable wife, mother and friend.

As always, love your thought evoking posts.

    Enjoy your day,
    Jo

  4. Hi Lisa
I just got back from 10 days of Heaven in Palm Springs and my favourite time was having the pool all to myself in the mornings. That is where my center is: floating in a pool with the sun shining on me and looking up into the palm trees!!!!

  6. I gave up my alone space to my kids for their jam room...I miss it. My bedroom is now my only sanctuary.

  7. It probably sounds silly Lisa, but the very rare moments when we are able to gather all 5 of our boys together from around Australia into one room - that's when I truly feel centred!
