The cut and details of the Carolina Herrera Spring 2011 collection were inspired by traditional clothes from Korea.
Colors, prints and floral appliqués were taken from botanical plates collected in the 18th century.
The hat, customarily worn by men, and the wrapped belts complete the silhouette.

Such a great post....I am a "white shirt" junkie and am forever looking for the perfect white button down shirt, J Crew and Theory both have passed muster....tell me anything that doesn't look instantly chic with a white shirt!! Who is a better spokesperson (designer) for the iconic white shirt other than Carolina herself? You cannot go wrong can you with a well made white shirt. I must share a secret though, ever since I worked for Starbucks, I have a hard time wearing a white shirt. I feel like I'm going to whip up a cappuccino! I seriously need to get over that.
